After a boring pilot, things are starting to heat up at Survivor: South Pacific. Last week, Semhar was voted off the Savaii tribe after revealing her weakness at the Immunity Challenge. Then she complained about people lying straight to her face when she reached Redemption Island. Welcome to Survivor, Semhar!

Japanese Monkey Waiters

I love monkeys and I would actually like to have one! Monkeys are so smart and I think they make really good pets. But monkeys, as I have recently discovered, could be good waiters too! That's what Japanese tavern Kayabukiya was able to learn. The monkeys, Yat-Chan at Fuku-chan, serve hot towels and brings beer to customers before they actually order anything from the menu.

Look at them donning a Japanese costume! LOL.

Free Hugs Manila

Would you a hug s total stranger? If I have to be honest, I won't hug just anybody I meet in the streets. There's just something about our Filipino upbringing that would forbid us to do that. But breaking this norm is the Free Hugs Campaign that was started by a man only known by his pseudonuym "Juan Mann". Free Hugs Campaign started in 2004 at Sydney, Australia and now everybody in the world is doing it, including the Philippines!Check out the video...

Report said that prior to Juan Mann's first ever Free Hugs Campaign, he was suffering depression brought about by personal difficulties. But one time during a party a random man hugged him and said that it was the greatest thing that ever happened to him. Months after that, he was found at Pitt St Mall in Sydney carrying the iconic FREE HUGS sign...

Kiwi & Me

If you have a dream, go for it. This is so easy to say but doing it would mean a lot of hardwork, patience, & drive to realize your dream. Like ordinary people, I too have dreams that I would someday want to achieve. I'm young. What can i say? There is still so much for me to conquer.

Now, why give you this pep talk? Because I've rediscovered a video that brought out the cry baby in me after I first watched it over a year ago. I'll never forget this Kiwi ever...

Passing through Boyce Avenue

There are tons of wanna-be famous singers on YouTube but only a handful really deserves our attention. One of them is the boys of Boyce Avenue. These talented lads from Florida is slowly conquering the digital world of YouTube with their acoustic sounds. Known for doing exceptional covers of current hit songs, the band consists of three brothers Alejandro, Fabian and Daniel Manzano, and Stephen Hatker.

These guys are really talented! They made me like songs I never really liked before. They have their own version of the songs No air, With You, Apologize, Love in the Club (yeah! that's right), Umbrella, Bleeding love and the list goes on. Every songs are done really well. Even the songs you'd never imagined sounding good on acoustic were sang as if it were meant to sing that way. Bottom line is, these guys deserve more than just YouTube.

Still not convince, eh? Here's the proof...
